Fixed Decimals for IRR calcuatlon, displaying to 6 decimals only

Hi,

I am doing a summarize tool for IRR. However it is just rounding to 6 decimal places.

Is there a workaround to show more decimals?

I would like to have more decimals in this summary.

How are you configuring the Fixed Decimal? As a default, Alteryx will use 19.6 where:

19 = The length of the field (I.e. all digits, decimal place and negative sign etc if applicable)

6 = The number of digits after the decimal

Therefore, you may change yours to suit. I’ve had a quick count (only using my mobile screen so may be off), but possibly try 19.17 and see if that helps? If not, the count may be off so just try and adjust. If that still doesn’t work I’ve not got any more ideas off the top of my head and don’t have my laptop to hand sorry!

 Im using 19.9 now.. still the summary tool is trimming it to  0.002953

So i dont know what to do from here sigh.

Are you setting this before the Summarize tool? I meant converting by using a Select tool after the Summarize. I believe the Summarize automatically converts to a double which will display to 6 dp as standard in Alteryx (though is actually to a higher precision in actuality).
