Find Data In Specific Time Range

Hope you are well. :)

I would like find how many users has been enabled in specific time range. 

For attached file, I would like to find out how many users have been enabled from 20220601 - 20220701 (clients in pending status before, not rejected.)

plz advised. thank you very much

sheet 1 is the start date file, sheet 2 is the end date file, sheet 3 is the output i want.

Hey @k3pineapple, I've put something together here which works for your example. However, when moving to a live data set it would be great if you had a unique identifier for each record. I've just joined on position here as the data is in the same order, and none of the fields - even when combined - feel like they would necessarily be unique in a large dataset. Let me know if that's not the case of course or just switch the join condition.
