File Browse tool is not working from Alteryx gallery

Hello,

I have developed a small workflow to read excel file using file browse tool and published it in Alteryx gallery.

I have two machine one is my local PC and another one is HVD. I access the HVD using my same local PC.

When i browse the file from Alteryx gallery from my HVD machine, it is working perfectly fine. 

But same file when i try to browse from my local PC, only i can see processing bar and sudden it disappear and file is not selected.

I am not sure why the same file is treated differently from local PC MS Edge and HVD MS edge. Even though everything is same.

I have developed this workflow in Alteryx Designer 2022. Also published it on gallery which is also Alteryx server 2022.

My MS Edge browser  version is also same in my local Machine and HVD i.e. Version 121.0.2277.112 (Official build) (64-bit)

Also i am testing for small size excel (.xlsx) file and i am facing same issue. ( Any excel file size like 50kb, 100 KB etc behave differently in my local PC and HVD)

Hi @alt_tush . Try disabling extensions if are there any, also  try a different browser.

Thank you for your prompt response. Yes i tried with Chrome & Firefox but it won't work.

We have semantic extension which have access to Alteryx gallery but i cant disable it because this extension is organizational level.

Collect your Fiddler logs and send to Alteryx.
