This will happen when Alteryx can't find a tool that's being used in a workflow. Usually this will be a macro of some description. Has there recently been a change in where this tool is being stored such that Alteryx can no longer find it?

If you know where the tool is currently being stored you should just be able to re-add it into the workflow.

There has been no change in the flow, I only updated my Alteryx version and then this problem started.

It is likely that your macro folder is no longer set up in the options. Please check the following to see and set up to previously created folder if necessary.
