Enable/Disable Text box or File browse tool based on chosen action

Good day. I created a workflow where users can choose whether to manually search for employee data by entering employee ID or upload a file with all the list of the employee IDs. 

If the user chooses to upload file, the file browser will reflect and run the workflow connected to it. If it's manual input, the file browser will be hidden then the text box app will reflect and run a different workflow connected to it.

I used the enable/disable option with the radio button, however, it keeps running both workflows. Am I missing a configuration or is there a better way where you can either choose text box or file browse option?

Can you provide the workflow so we can see the configuration you have on the actions?
