Email Tool - sending personalised attachments to a list of employees

Hi there! 

We have used a layout icon which is an email to go to all recipients and we have used a basic table to create a number of excel spreadsheets to go to specific employees (titled the employees name).  How do I use the email Icon to have the 'To:' field to be the employees email address, the Attachment to be the Table we have created and the body of the email to be the layout. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your speedy response.  

The use field for the "to" work when we have the email icon straight off the data but when we add it after the render, the image and the layout we lose the option to select the "To".  In addition we can add in the tables/attachments when we have the email icon after the basic table.  We need multiple inputs into the email but can't work out how to do this.

Why are you using render? 

You should try to do something like this if you want to use render:

If you are using the layout, use the "Include Source Fields in Output" configuration

 Sorry I was mistaken we are using the 'Report Text' Icon, so we can combine our text and company logo image using the visual layout.  This is what we have got but the join multiple doesn't seem to work with the layout and table:

Why don't you put all of that into one line? 
Create first the basic table then -> create the text with the logo (you can put image directly into the text tool) then send the email ?
