I am doing out a few workflows to display out some graphs. As I wanna combine them together in one excel sheet, what are some of the ways to display out the the different charts from different workflows into one excel sheet?

You can use the visual reporting layout tool or the join tool to bring the reporting components together.
Here are some additional information on the Visual Reporting tool or using the Join tool to blend reporting components.

The only way to make this work for two separate workflows would be to copy them into the same workflow and use the above methods to create your report.
