Change column into rows and group the data

Hi,

Can someone please give me a hand on converting the data below. I have tried to use Transpose but couldn't work it out the correct output. Thanks!!

Input data

Record	Name	Type	Count
1	AA	X	5
2	AA	Y	8
3	BB	X	9
4	BB	Y	10

Desire Outcome

Record	Name	X	Y
1	AA	5	8
2	BB	9	10

you can use cross tab. I just added Record ID tool after the cross tab just in case you'll need an "ID" field.
