I would like to make some adjustment to the "actual table" base on the "standard table", I think it is related to multi row formula tool, pls see the logic in the excel,

@ryanzhang487 one question how you calculate step start and step end is C2? As per the logic If you -2 it will C0, which is not correct

Hi, so basically I want to adjust some 'start step' and the 'finish step' in the 'actual' table base on the following cases:

1, if start step = finish step, and not the last step, end step will be adjusted to one step after

2, if start step = finish step and also = last step, start step will be adjusted to one step before

3, else are normal, no adjust needed,

for what is the one step before/ one step after/ last step, they need to refer in the 'look up standard' table (the second table attached)

please read the excel and there is a tab for logic explained,

eventually I want to calculate the efficiency rate% of each worker / work type by using ([end step time] - [start step time] ) actual worked time
