Browser Tool does not work on the web - HELP Alternative text tool?

I have used the browser tool with the directory and action tool but noted that the browser tool doesn't work on web.

I want to update the directory each time with the browser tool. Tried using the text tool as an alternative but it doesn't seem to update the directory tool based on the text input tool.

Is there a way around this or am i doing something wrongly?

Does your Server have access to the location you are entering via the text input tool? You can edit the directory tool using a text input tool on server - but the Server MUST have access to the directory (ie a local directory won't work).

This was my hunch too, but I’ve confirmed that the end user is doing it correctly. Was just an issue of the action tool not being updated correctly. The user posted on general and has resolved the issue - guess we can close this as well
