Avoid suppress of rows with essbase insight

Hi, Can someone help on when extracting data from essbase, if there are certain rows contain no data but still want the data to be shown not suppressed. Is there a way to avoid this? Thanks

Sorry - I don't have much experience with their products - my Oracle Cloud connections are all via API - I'd recommend reaching out Casabase directly.
