Alteryx PostGres Bulk Uploader doesn't report errors in uploading.

I've noticed that the Alteryx PostGres Bulk uploader doesn't report any errors, even when the data doesn't get pushed to PostGres. My team has had multiple instances where the Alteryx logs says "100 records were written to PostGres" via the output tool. However, when we query the database, the records are not actually there. 

When we run the same dataset through the non-bulk connection, we get proper errors when the records don't get written. Please help us understand what may be going on. We love the speed of the bulk uploader, but it doesn't let us know when things aren't working.
