Every time I open Alteryx it tells me a newer version is available. When I go to download it and open Alteryx I still get the same message. This has never bothered me in the past, but now I cannot open a workflow that was sent to me because of this. What am I doing wrong?

In my case, I need to switch the account as below.

Open your workflow by right click then open or right click then open with and select Alteryx.
