Alteryx Analytical app

Hi all,
I had to use union to merge two files and then used unique to delete the duplicates. But Unique is not working in Analytical app. Any Solution to resolve the issue?

What is your configuration? How are you executing the app?

1. Did you select any fields on the Unique? 
2. Are your two files having the same number of fields? 
3. When you say Alteryx Analytical App, did you put any interface tool on the unique itself?

Actually they do not have exact same number of fields.I am a bit newbie in alteryx I couldn't find the interface tool can you help me with it?@caltang
