About Using Workflow Scheduler on Alteryx Desktop

HI, I am conducting tests using Alteryx Desktop to load local PC files into an Oracle database.

Alteryx Desktop is being used with a trial license.

I would like to execute this workflow periodically at predetermined times.

I have the following questions regarding this:

1. Is it possible to implement this using the scheduler feature in Alteryx Desktop?
2. Can this be implemented using only Alteryx Desktop without installing Alteryx Server?
3. How should the 'Add Controller' be configured? Is the configuration screen not visible in the trial license?

answering:
1 with free Alteryx licenses you don't get these features.
1.1 Everything can be done through the Alteryx designer as long as you have an Alterys Automation Scheduler license or Alteryx server with permission for these schedules
2 - can be done with the Alteryx Automation scheduler is a license apart from the ALteryx designer license
3 in the options advanced options menu there is a system settings option. Clicking there will open a screen with the settings some you need to press the show button
