Hello! Just dropping by as a new learner of Alteryx. I am still kinda new and still have a lot to learn about Alteryx. I am exposed to a lot  of reports out of excel and powerpoint so this is where I am most interested in - if I can automate such reports without dependency on macro. Still in the early phase of learning  through trainings at work. Hope to hear from the experts soon!

It sounds like you are new to Alteryx. I'd suggest you start with the Academy, specially the learning paths. 

There is also a specific group of lessons intended for Excel users. 
You can also review the content and ask questions on the Designer forum. Don't hesitate to ask if you need anything!
