Predict bill value for customers - Simple predictive model

I have customer id  , year , month  and bill amount in the data . for each customer id the data is for at least 6 months . I i want to predict the bill amount. Can anybody help as how can i achieve it . I am completely new to predictive models . I can share some sample data just in case someone want to try else please direct me on this.

I want the predictive  bill amount against each customer id as the final output.

There are many different options to create a model and the best one to use depends on a lot of different factors.
