I really recommend the Weekly Challenges for new users

As new Alteryx user, I believe the beginner  Weekly challenges  is the right tools to get more practice and have fun too.

I agree completely! I never understood people who enjoyed cross-word puzzles or Sudoku, but I am really into the weekly challenges...

When you first start out with the weekly challenges, even the beginner ones, expect to be stumped. Look at the Spoilers and try to get unstuck or even peek at the solution. The trick is to actually do the work and you will learn the tools along the way.

Also, take the Core exam. It is free and you an take it once a week until you pass. It is also a learning experience. You will look things up in the documentation you didn't know about. (Big tip, learn which files if you drag them on to the canvas will add their own Input tool...)
