Here is my solution. Sort descending then use the Tiles to rank it base on unique values(leaving unsorted).

I am a big fan of the Summary tool to make a group. A simple append after makes for a quick workflow. Quick one but it did a take a couple iterations

REALLY enjoyed and struggled with the Tile tool. Wish I remember it existed. Definitely could use it when I need a group by record ID tool (something I run into all the time)

Hi guys got a simpler solution
