This was surprisingly easy.

I took note from @mceleavey and learned how to use the tile tool.

Two alternative solutions using the multi-row tool:

1) resulting in the outcome as per the original task - i.e., multiple players can share the same rank

2) assumes, that if two or more players share the same count, they tie the rank, but then the next rank is skipped (or several next ranks, depending on how many players share the same count); i.e. as is the case in racing, running, swimming, skiing, and all other "normal" sports 🙂
