Here's my solution to Challenge 8. Although I tried to filter the data from June 1, 2013 as it was mentioned 'since June' in the question but I got my results when I filtered it from July 1,2013.

Took a little longer that I would have thought. Fun use case for the cross tab tool. took a couple edits as the dates were a little confusing the way it was worded.
