Thank you, @MattD and @SeanAdams for a fun challenge! The Field Info is quickly becoming one of my favorite tools - it is so powerful in comparing the fields across the workflows or finding columns with Null values - opportunities are endless.
My solution is in step with the proposed one using the Field Info tool and the Formula to standardize the column names to align the fields from the two data sources side by side.
