Just for fun I did this one a little differently. By the way, I have never heard of a left or right join as anything other than other names for left outer and right outer join. In the databases I've worked with, either version of the name gives the same result.

This method does a bettter job of replicating the result you would get from a database outer join without having to use Select tools to rename columns. The one difference is that this method would not match on null keys.
