My download tool is blocked by firewall, but I was able to follow the logic to trace to the desired outcome.

Thought I submitted this a long time ago but guess I hadn't.

Here's my solution. The website link is broken but I built out a workflow with the labels to show what each step does from the download tool to reconstituting the table.
