Such an easy problem after I saw the other solutions...

It took me a lot of time to figure out how to convert to standard hours. I didn't know using the DateTime tool would be so time efficient as I thought. I wan't y'all to see all the formulas I applied in order to put the correct format. I even parsed data and joined it again to just add the ":". A lot of unnecessary steps, but in the end I did all by myself.

I have some troubles for the date conversion but after long minutes of reflexion I use a formula and the Date Time Job after.

I don't know if it's the best way to do this but it works well :)
