dang, this one turned out to be wayyy easier than it looks at first glance. PRAISE THE DYNAMIC TOOLS! :-)

Not entirely sure of this one. Some column names are missing, but I see other people are just igonring those not matching?

I looove the dynamic tools. Managed to do this one pretty quickly :)

Whew, that wasn't as scary as I orignally thought!

I spent some time building an elaborate column naming scheme that would survive the crosstab tool, but stumbled upon a reference to the dynamic rename tool! It chopped the length of my workflow in half
