This was a heavy Transpose Tool use - the dynamic checkbox at the bottom helps; though the starting fields are static, so it is a workflow that has a limit.

Here's my solution! This was a fun one! I took a look at other people's solutions and @patrick_digan  has such an elegant solution to this challenge that I filed away for future reference. Talk about 'thinking dynamically'!
