Great apps practice - but having trouble attaching the app so exported the workflow instead!

This one was rough for me, but I learned about map inputs and map report components. I had never used either one of those tools before!

My solution,

Very close to the posted solution, basically just different naming and icons for the map.  Slightly different formula to identify florists and confectionaries.

Same general principals though.

In My Opinion, your solution is the best, I have some question regarding the drop-list of :
Miles
Drive Time (Minutes)

I changed the list like the following:
Kilometers
Drive Time (Minutes)

Also, I changed the Find nearest tool unit of the distance into (Kilometers) 
After running everything goes smoothly except the final result of the PDF will not display me the distance either in miles or KM, can you help me on how to solve this issue?
