Challenge #5: HR Position Finder Application

I tried 2 approaches:

1. First one using 'Append Fields' tool.

2. Second one, more complicated, with 'Transpose' and 'Join' tools, where I also load dropdown list with 'Cross Tab' tool.

I wonder if there is better way to load the responses to the 'Drop Down' tool (not being manual of course)
