Great challenge! Enjoyed figuring out how to use the optimisation tool again, such a powerful tool, I just don't get many chances to use it 😄

Solved, mostly.

I'm stuck on the Bonus question. There's something about my "A" data that the Tool doesn't like which is causing me to go overbudget. I compared when @alexnajm's workflow. If I put his A data in my workflow - mine works fine. If I put my A data into his workflow, his workflow goes overbudget. I joined our data - it fully joins. Metadata matches and/or changing between Int16 and Int32 doesn't make a difference. I'm giving up for now - clearly I need Alex to handle all cost optimization questions that come up :)
