I'm glad people are enjoying this challenge. In my last role, we prepared lots of SOX Controls and there was so much focus on these types of sign offs. Internal Audit would pick a day and say "Carolyn, you prepared Control 1111 on 6/13. Show me the evidence of your sign off and the Reviewer's review and sign off" and you needed to provide that in a short time frame. If you couldn't prove it or if they found issues, then they would dig deeper into other Controls you signed off on and other days that you prepared Control 1111. In general, we wanted to avoid that :)
