Technically this should be done with drive distance and not straight line distance, but given that most people don't have the TomTom data licensed I went ahead and solved this using straight line distance to match up with the given solution.

Solved! I don't agree with the assumption that all Days Off per year will be against in office days (e.g. if there are 20 days off per year, that means 20 fewer days in the office... maybe you're WFH on Fridays and all the Days Off are on Friday)... however, if you're being smart about it, I guess it's plausible :)
