Challenge #462: Analyze Past Weekly Challenge Interactions

Thank you Ippei Nakagawa @gawa, for this week’s highly appropriate challenge!

Weekly Challenges have a long history with the number of Weekly Challenges published now totaling more than 450! Whether you have been solving challenges for a long time or are just starting out, it can be fun to analyze past Weekly Challenge statistics!

The provided dataset contains records of users who interacted with each Weekly Challenge through number 437 from November 2015 to August 2024. It includes posting dates and times, and the challenge number. Use this data to complete the following tasks:

Calculate how many days passed between the oldest and the most recent interaction date for all Weekly Challenge posts combined.
Determine the top 15 unique users who posted responses to the most Weekly Challenges from November 2015 to August 2024.

Feel free to mention the Top 15 users and express your congratulations when you post your solution!

This challenge is another one like others I've done in the past, that albeit nice and interesting, blatantly ignores ties in the ranking, which to me seems like an oversight as it arbitrarily picks the top Nth regardless if there are ties in whatever field is used in the ranking.
Had there been a couple more ties in the totals, top solvers @PhilipMannering (421) and @gawa(419) would have been excluded, which is crazy considering they are a measles 16 challenges below the top score.
A fairer way would be to count all ties as the same ranking. I.E. Six first places, Two second places and so on. For the overachievers out there, that could be your easy bonus challenge! (what are all top 15 ranked users when ties are considered the same ranking spot?)
You could also answer questions such as: How many are tied in 14th place? Or How many total users get into the top 15 when ranking counts ties as the same ranking?

Congrats to all Celebrity Weekly challenge top solvers!

(Extremely SPOOKY to me because just before the challenge was published, I was actually thinking about a challenge that could be made using the Weekly challenge data itself and it is then published.) It's a good homage to the top solvers, but I had in mind some more interesting metrics, if the number of views of each challenge was also included in the dataset.
