Couple of things to note:
1) There were some "N/A" values in the yards gained column, so I created a RegEx to extract that from the "desc" field. Accuracy is #1 :)
2) "Rely on the run" can be slightly subjective, so I do both a count and by which team had the highest % yards gained.
