Here is my solution.
There is something weird in the output of the start file, Argentina is missing and Total is listed under n the country column.
First, I arranged the data in the proper datasheet and then worked on the tasks.
Not great in terms of performance, as it is redundant and deviates from my usual builds. However, I currently stand by this solution and will explore alternatives to enhance it and learn from others :)
