I think I played a bit too much trying to dynamically assign columns.

 

Also I noticed couple of issues with outputs:

 

Task 1 - The question is on most significant decrease, but output shows increase.

Task 2 - 'TOTAL' is included as a country

Task 3 - I do not think you can average the percentage. Average of 10% of 1000 and 20% of 100 is not 15%.

Overall: As the question is to find "the most" "the highest" country, I picked one record as an answer for each question.
Q1: "most significant decrease" does not match the expected result. It is "most significant increase".
Q3: The average value does not match with the expected result. Some special rounding is applied?
