My solution.  This was a tricky one and tried my best to get the same results.

p.s. got to less than 0.1% difference by country in the part 3 answers and stopped there.

Ugly, but I got there. As others called out, the solution to Q1 is for the most significant increase, not decrease. I'm not sure why we're rounding everything for Q3

Also, we should not be averaging percentages - my wonderful Alteryx Customer Engineer rep called me out of that once :)
