Per my understanding, the result depends on how we remove duplicates songs.

There are different song versions with varying energy and popularity

To maximize energy and popularity I've chosen the most energetic and popular version, although it requires using two sorting tools.

As a result, I've achieved a slightly better objective. Workflow:

Great optimization practice! I did get 1 different song though to get the total playlist duration to 3599.191 seconds with the same popularity value.
