Thank you, @AYXAcademy and Ellen Wiegand , this was a fun challenge! Great practice for spatial and multi-row formula tool.

I just posted my solution a sec ago.

These weekly challenges are the only reason I know any spatial.

I was surprised that the Find Nearest tool has a mandatory Maximum Distance attribute with an obscure max of 100 miles. It is reasonable to have a default value, but the tool would be more user friendly and versatile if the distance was an optional argument with a numeric input.
