Attached is my solution to Life, The Universe, and Everything

The questions seem to have been lost along the way for this challenge.  I found the actual questions in one of the solutions and finished my challenge based on those questions.

Solution attached. Took about 10 min.

Used dynamic input tool to get the data from excel sheets, then used find and replace tool to replace values in the lighting condition column, datetime tool with custom expression to convert the field to date, then used a tile tool to capture the time buckets.
