Challenge #414: Mastering Date Formats

Got a little swayed into RegEx 😅. My very first weekly challenge (probably evident from the long workflow).

Batch Macro solution. It took a while 'mm' does not stand for month, and need to be 'MM' instead. Date Time parsing is still my weak point.
