Difficult challenge! I rarely work with spatial tools so I had to relearn which tools to use and how to use them. Excited to see part 2 next week.

This exercise begs the question, why is there no 'Draw circle' function like ST_circle(centroid,radius,units)?
Fun fact: If you break apart a circle polygon object into its points, you'll get 101 records, one row for each point (so it is a 100 sided polygon).
