Challenge #4: Date Parsing

Honestly, this was not easy at all, despite initially seeming otherwise. The syntax for RegEx took awhile for me to grasp and even then, I feel like I'm just scratching the surface. Had to use Multi-Row formula to get output in the same order as the solution. Also completely bungled up on IF THEN ELSE syntax in the middle...not the best, but at least I can honestly say I did this without looking at other users' solutions.
