Challenge #398: Generating Time Intervals

A really neat challenge, thank you, @alexnajm!

I employed the same approach as @AkimasaKajitani  - it seemed the most straightforward using fewer tools.  Thank you, Akimasa!!

My Solution -- it was good to tinker with the Generate Rows tool, which I don't recall using too often!

Shock of shock I nerded out a little. I decided to create an app so you could select your own time card interval.

I went and created two flows depending on how "missing" times should be handled:

Solution 1 will only generate new rows for data missing between the last provided time and the first provided time. This ignores any times that may have been missing in the middle of the initial dataset.
Solution 2 generates every half hour interval starting from the first provided time and ends at the half hour before the starting time.

I skipped the input file. Would probably build this as an analytic app with a start/end time input to build output.
