I don't agree that the results answer the question given, but I matched them regardless.

My solution... as others have said I think this metric is not the right one to use but it matches the solution.

Not entirely sure the question and proposed solution are aligned here. I went with my interpretation 🎯

Hmmm I solved it but I started with a different interpretation of "best driver in rainy conditions" -- wouldn't it be the fastest average time in rain?

Weird challenge.
