Had the same issue with Task 2 as others did.
But, was able to get the whole thing to run with 0 conversion errors.

I didn't think to scan if there were entries that were "FALSE" on all three 'types' of animal, vegetable, synthetic.

You nailed it, put in a formula to include the 'uncategorized' with Veggies and the numbers match.
Looks like something is wrong with data or task description as I have the same small difference for Task 2.
I did the calculations with two different techniques but still I have got same results
