I've got it down to 2 tools using alteryx abacus, 3 tools without it.

Abacus solution. It looks at each row and just keeps checking against the current longest word that has 7 unique characters. Once it's done with the last row, selecting the last row in a sample tool shows the answer.

When there are more than 7 unique, there are also 7 unique, instructions don't mention exactly 7. 
So I've given 2 other scoring options .
