My Designer Experience solution. But I'm facing strange result.

I got a correct output on Sample Result Window.

But I got ubnormal output from Output data tool. The time differences are 0,1 or 2. This is strange phenomenon.

I could not match the '-' char at the beginning of the strings, not with StartsWith, not with replace, replaceChar, regex_replace, not for the life of me. I could match the plus sign, though, and that's how I ended up solving it.

Here's my solution. I believe there's an easier way to do this, but this is dynamic and works.

Go into Cell Viewer and copy the character and paste it into your formulas. That will resolve the issue.
