Usually I would use Multi-Row Formula for this kind of challenge.
This time I tried to use Dynamic Replace Tool, which I am not familiar with :)

Flagged the lines with the song and sorted. If the input data set was much bigger, I would have added a Record ID at the beginning and a Sort at the end to ensure the lines appeared in the right order, but with a 2MB data set that should be necessary.
