This was a hard one for me, had to look at the solution to understand how to structure the data in the last step.

Looks like I was not getting the correct values of the Cosine and Sine within the formula tool. I had to use my calculator to get the COS and SIN values for the 16 degrees of the circle; they were spaced out by 22.5 degrees.

 

Please help me test and report this possible bug on the COS and SIN functions of the formula tool.
